2022 alone saw cooking demonstrations from Irini Tzortzoglou, the winner of Masterclass 2019, Jean-Christophe Novelli inspired us to use produce in alternative ways, getting the most out of the ingredients in front of us. Returning for his second year was the larger-than-life character Joe Wadsack who opens our minds each year to new wines from all over the world. Andrew Coy gave his customer service insights, helpful hints and tips to business owners to take back to their teams.
Bringing suppliers and visitors together is at the forefront of our minds and even more so in 2022. Each year we host a range of networking events so that we can expand our inner circle and support each other within the hospitality industry and beyond.
